Even your nervous system has learned to respond in certain ways based on what you have experienced. The goal is not to judge that, but to understand.
My approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I meet you where you are, helping you understand what is driving your patterns and giving you practical tools to create change. I am supportive, but also direct. We will not just talk about things, we will work through them. At Alleviant, therapy is part of a broader, integrated approach to mental health.
I was drawn to mental health because I believe in second chances and people’s ability to grow and change.
