As a licensed professional counselor, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are working to heal, grow, and find balance in body, mind, and spirit. I have worked in an agency and community counseling setting with children, adolescents, and their families allowing me to be productive with clients from many stages of life. I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.
In my therapy sessions, I strive to provide an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance and openness. I believe in the evidence-based fact that the way the mind and body interact affords us a useful insight into treating a variety of mental health issues. I use a holistic approach, but I start where you are.
