Whether you're faced with relationship concerns or individual issues, I will help you work through them. I believe you have the answers within you and my role is to help you tap into them. You know yourself best but sometimes it's hard to sort through problems, especially when they're causing stress or depression. I use a collaborative approach to counseling and teach clients strategies to improve their outlook on life. The duration of therapy will depend on the goals identified and your motivation to make changes. I will walk alongside you and encourage your progress without pressuring.
I have worked in many settings including public schools, church, managed care and health care settings. I am experienced working with couples and families in conflict as well as individuals overcoming depression and anxiety. I am certified as a Tony Robbins Strategic Coach and a MN Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
I am also certified to administer and interpret the Prepare/Enrich inventory for premarital and married couples interested in relationship enrichment.
