Are you anxious, depressed, confused? Do you have cancer or another medical condition? Are you experiencing a spiritual dilemma? I am passionately engaged in the exploration of the connections between mind, body and spirit. We are all challenged as how to live with our selves, our relationships and careers.
I bring many years of working as a therapist to collaboratively engage with you to unravel the blockages which make your life more troublesome. In an open and non-judgmental manner, I can explore with you all the many levels of your experience.
I have worked extensively with people with cancer and other complex medical conditions, helping them integrate complementary methods of self-care while navigating the accompanying emotional issues. I also work with couples and families affected by illness. I have taught and led numerous meditation and support groups over the years.
