Not accepting new clients
I will help you find a way to connect to others that doesn't feel forced or overwhelming. Feeling sad or angry for no reason; worried that you'll always be alone, that you don't have anything interesting to say or that no-one will accept you for what you are; feeling overlooked or misunderstood; fearful that you'll never have the confidence or discipline to turn things around - these issues can be successfully addressed.
I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, and clients tell me they appreciate my clarity, focus on skill-building and problem-solving, sense of humor, and patience. Please note that I only work with adults.
I strive to provide quality and affordable services to college students on the autism spectrum. I completed a post-doctoral specialization in this area at the University of Michigan.
