I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals cope with relationship issues, life transitions, grief&loss, shame, parenting,pregnancy/menopause, anxiety, depression, ADHD, AuDHD offering neuro-affirming trauma informed care from a holistic perspective. I also specialize in working with overachieving,perfectionism,burnout, and shame. If you are struggling at work, school, with parenting or in your relationships I can help support you. We can work together to help you better manage the challenges in your life while discovering your true potential and creating the life that you want.

I offer weekly, biweekly or extended sessions where you can deep dive into your therapy, make faster progress, and reach your treatment goals in less time. This is an online group for neurodivergent women going through the perimenopausal/menopausal transition. Whether you are diagnosed or self-diagnosed ADHD, Autism, AuDHD or other neurodivergent condition this group is for you. We will create a safe nonjudgemental space to provide support, share experiences and exchange information and resources to help each other cope with the unique challenges that many neurodivergent women experience during this time in their life. Navigating Life w/a Neurodivergent Partner-Online

This is an online group for individuals who are in a relationship with someone who has ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, or other neurodivergent condition. If you identify as the non-ADHD (or neurotypical) partner in your relationship, this group is for you. We will provide a safe and compassionate space to come together to provide support to help you process your relationship struggles including feelings of resentment, anger, exhaustion, and hopelessness. You will identify and learn effective interventions to help de-escalate the negative cycle with your ADHD (neurodivergent) partner. Registration for Fall 2026 is open now. Group dates TBD.
