Will your mind and body not allow you to let go of the past, despite how much you’d like to? Have personal relationships brought about feelings of shame, anxiety, or emotional pain? Perhaps you’ve experienced feeling unsafe emotionally and/or physically with others in the past as a child or adult. Trauma often causes survivors to feel as though what they’ve been through is either too shameful to share or not "big enough" to be deserving of attention. Neither are true. Navigating complex trauma can feel scary and confusing, however a path forward exists. I have clinical experience guiding individuals on that journey.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, incorporating the most effective modalities to support all of you, not just the diagnosis. I have received certifications in trauma-informed practice and supervisory instruction in IFS-informed and somatic methods. At your pace, we will work together to regain a transformative sense of safety in mind and body.
Trauma often leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. Our work together will focus on disentangling the past from the present and healing relational wounds, allowing you to be fully present with yourself and others.
