What sparked my interest in becoming a therapist may be the same reason you have come across my profile. A feeling that something is missing. A desire for a greater sense of meaning and purpose. A want for a life that is fulfilling. In the work we will be doing together, we won't just be looking for a set of coping skills; we will be seeking a deeper understanding of the way in which you are and wish to live.

My approach to therapy is as unique as every person I have the pleasure to sit across from. From the very first session, I believe you will feel a pull towards a greater sense of connection and purpose in life. As an existential-humanistic therapist, my goal is to challenge you and explore how you can live a more conscious, intentional and satisfying life.
