I implement a trauma-informed model of treatment called EMDR therapy, or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. EMDR therapy is highly researched and effective in treating various concerns, including issues related to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, addictions, and changing negative patterns of thinking that influence our actions.
My goal is to support you in advancing towards your goals for healing and success. My initiative is to assist you in working through your struggles directly, while being patient, non-judgmental, and genuine in my approach. I emphasize using your strengths, value our ability to make changes, and collaborate on solutions to improve your quality of life.
