I approach therapy with the strong belief that each client is an expert for their own life and circumstance. My role, is to ask the right questions that will yield solutions or helpful guidance.
The areas I have specialized training includes substance abuse, trauma informed care, and a certified provider for MATCH (evidence based practice treating teens with depression, anxiety, depression, trauma or conduct disorders). I also have over 10 years experience treating all mood disorders, anxiety, and PTSD. I also offer Biblical Christian counseling.
