Hi, I’m Brittni, a licensed trauma therapist offering virtual therapy for preteens, teens, and adults. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in the past, or weighed down by depression, you're not alone and you don’t have to keep pushing through on your own! I bring years of experience across many diverse mental health settings and offer a warm, grounded space where healing can happen. You’re the expert on your story. My role is to walk beside you, offering support, tools, and insight as you move from surviving to thriving, all from the comfort of your own space.
In our sessions, we'll gently untangle the things keeping you stuck. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and healing from domestic abuse. I use approaches like EMDR and cognitive based approaches, adapted to your needs. Together, we’ll build practical tools, process the hard stuff, and create lasting change one step at a time.
It’s incredibly brave to ask for help, and I honor that courage. My clients often say they feel seen, supported, and empowered in our work together. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to yourself, let’s talk. Reach out for a free consultation. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

I often use Trauma Focused approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts are impacting your emotions and behaviors. With EMDR and IFS, we will explore how to get unstuck from your past.
