I specialize in working with children and adolescents and I tailor my approach to meet their unique needs. I can assist people of all ages in managing stressors, anxiety, depression and overcoming trauma, however my true passion is providing play therapy to children. I recognize the significance of building a strong connection with my clients and aim to provide them with a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions and experiences.
One of my specialized areas is working with children from a trauma-informed perspective. I have specialty training in Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have extensive experience with working with children in foster care, foster parents and adoptive families.
