I'm so glad you’re here! Are you struggling with emotions or behaviors that don't align with who you want to be? Listen, growth can be difficult and I know finding a therapist and asking for help can be a challenge. My passion includes working with individuals who crave a more present life, high performing women, those with ADHD and/or anxiety, young adults/college age students, and those with past trauma. I want to give you a safe, judgment-free space where we can collaborate and I can offer you support, wherever you are at. I use a mix of different therapies because my focus is on identifying what you need to improve your life.

My areas of focus are rooted in answering "where did you learn those patterns" to work through trauma, attachment, and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR (a fancy term for trauma reprocessing) and use CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you learn new behavioral skills. You’ll find me to be empathetic, humorous, direct, culturally sensitive, nurturing, and non-judgmental.

I'm here for anyone in need of mental, emotional, or relational help. You are the expert and I am here walking alongside you. Therapy is a completely confidential way to problem solve, let it out, explore new ways of thinking, and learn healthy coping skills.
