Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Brittney Tubbs. I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in St. Louis, Missouri, and support individuals statewide via telehealth. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents and specialize in Depression, Trauma, Stress, Relationship Issues, and Anxiety disorders using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to promote your healing journey and assist in developing lifelong change.
My approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I hope to develop a true connection with individuals by fully exploring their needs to identify clear, achievable goals. My style is collaborative, and I believe in utilizing effective listening skills to meet clients where they are.
