I want therapy to be a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you don’t have to hide or hold anything back. My hope is that you’ll feel relief walking in, knowing this is somewhere you can wonder out loud, make sense of things, and be met with curiosity and compassion, not judgment. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a crisis response, victim advocate, and educator. That work taught me how resourceful and resilient people really are—and that we’re all more than the hardest things we’ve lived through.
My background, both professionally and personally, shapes how I show up in this work. It reminded me that showing up as my full, human self matters. You don’t need a perfect therapist; you need someone who’s steady, present, and real.
I draw from Internal Family Systems , attachment‑based, and trauma‑informed perspectives, guided by what feels most helpful and meaningful to you. What we do together may change from session to session, but it always follows your pace and what feels ready to be explored. Whenever you’re ready, we can start right where you are, immediate openings available.
