It is my priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth & positive change to heal from trauma, anxiety, stress, business & sports performance problems, attachment/relationship issues, and other challenges.

I also offer supervision for LPC-ITs & Interns, as well as consultation for Brainspotters seeking certification.
I specialize in treating and healing trauma & complex trauma, RSPP's, anxiety & stress; I have extensive skills to help those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, business and athletic performance issues & behavioral struggles. I offer brainspotting, service dog support, walk & talk, and trauma informed yoga for a multifaceted approach to healing.
I strive to encourage and actively support growth & individual choices so that men, women & children can live full, rich lives within their community. I believe services should be individualized & flexible, giving each person opportunity to succeed.
