For some, the idea of therapy is a terrifying last-ditch effort in an attempt to find answers & peace. For others, counseling is as natural as getting your oil changed to keep your engine running smoothly. Wherever you or your loved one may lie on this spectrum, my office offers a safe nonjudgmental environment in which to work through what's under the hood with a bit of humor and grace.
Modern technology affords us a great advantage in securing ease of access to sessions as well as ensuring discretion around your appointments. Your journey is your business alone. In person meetings are available along with virtual appointments, allowing you to forgo travel time and/or work sessions in on your lunch break or while out of town.
The decision to seek therapy is often sufficiently stressful in itself, the road to get there doesn't need to be. My goal is to make the process of securing an appointment as easy & obstacle free as possible. All appointments are scheduled, & intake paperwork completed via my website's client portal for your convenience. The hardest part is showing up!
