Life can feel heavy when anxiety, trauma, or major life changes take over. Maybe you’ve been strong for everyone else, but inside you’re running on empty. Whether facing your own struggles or carrying the weight of living with someone who has PTSD, you don’t have to do it alone.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD, and partners of those who have experienced PTSD. My goal is to create a safe space where you can set down your burden and begin to heal.
My approach is client-centered and psychodynamic, meaning our work moves at your pace and focuses on your unique story. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at peace.
I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to care for someone with PTSD. That experience fuels my passion for creating a safe, understanding space where you feel truly seen and supported as we work toward healing together.
