Welcome! My passion is in trauma-informed care. I have vast experience working with survivors of trauma (attachment, interpersonal, physical, emotional, and sexual) and eating disorders. I have over 8+ years experience specializing in treating complex trauma and eating disorders as a clinician and clinical director in the residential, PHP, IOP, and private practice settings. I also specialize in working with those suffering from the chronic illness type one diabetes. I also have experience working with mood disorders, relationship issues, and grief.
I am level one trained in the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) & EMDR, among other trauma-informed modalities. I value utilizing a client-centered approach and work with my clients to identify the therapeutic approach that meets their individual needs. My heart is in providing a safe place to do the deeper work.
