I work with individuals (older teens and adults) on a broad range of difficulties such as anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. I believe in a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to build understanding and create meaningful change. While I am rooted in relational and attachment theories, I use evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, & exposure therapy to meet unique needs.
My goal is to help foster curiosity, deepen insight, and implement practical strategies to reduce distress, break unhelpful patterns, and enhance well-being. The path to improving mental health and wellness can be challenging, but it is also full of potential, and you do not have to walk it alone.
