Starting therapy can be challenging and finding a therapist who is the right fit can be even more a struggle. I believe that we all need someone to talk to and I would love to be that somebody for you! Going through life can have its ups and downs, it may even feel as if you are struggling to hang in there. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are & walk alongside of you on your journey. My goal is to provide support & tools that empower you in whichever phase of life you might be in.
My approach is psychodynamic; however, I understand each person is unique & may benefit from a different approach. This is where I meet you where you are, learning more about your goal or goals, topics of interest, and what works well based on your feedback. I am currently experienced working with individuals, families, and couples.
