I specialize in CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, helping clients stay in control of their healing journey. I empower them to identify strengths, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical coping skills. My goal is to keep clients in the driver’s seat as they build resilience and work toward lasting change.
