I work with you (or your teen) on adjusting to life changes. I am competent in military culture and can discuss topics in therapy can include adjustment to life transitions and PCS. My expert background in disabilities, illness, injury, work displacement, or nonverbal art can help you navigate your emotions related to work/school and how to live a rich life.
Therapy doesn’t always have to be expressed in a verbal manner. I believe that creative arts can help you visualize your rich life. I have additional educational training in reality based therapy, expressive art therapy, and motivational interviewing. I offer career insight and coach clients on what steps to take in employment or school.
The clients I work with vary in life transition. From high school students to veterans. I specialize in working with people with disabilities and women whom want to feel empowered in the work place. I provide resume development, mock interviewing, how to negotiation for higher wages, confront the work place bully, and reasonable accommodation letters.

Groups
Master Anxiety with Art (Teens)
This group is developed for teenagers that identify as female ages 13-14 that struggle with social anxiety. Small groups will consist of 8-12 students. Expressive Art therapy and a psychosocial educational workbook will be provided to teens to discuss confidence, emotions, and create positive coping skills when confronted with social settings. This six week summer group will start July 23, with registration ending on July 16. Please contact Brittnee directly for a flyer with more information on full price, curriculum and location.
