Hello! I get to know the whole you and work with you in a way that best suits your needs. I am highly relational and the relationship I have with my clients is so important to me. My approach involves enhancing mindfulness, self-awareness, self-love, and relationships to build empowerment and positive life changes. What this looks like completely depends on the client! We will discover and practice short-term strategies to alleviate symptoms and explore the root cause of your pain to find long-term resolution. We go at your pace and adapt it to what works best for you as an individual. Therapy is so worth it and so are you!
I offer many approaches, like CBT and mindfulness, that are adaptable to your goals and preferences. We will work together to identify, understand, and change difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I incorporate attachment and systems theory with a focus on discovering how early experiences shape us.
As part of Oak Tree Behavioral Services, Inc., I consult with our team of therapists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
