I’m Brittany—a therapist, a straight-shooter, and someone who genuinely cares. I won’t stare silently, hand you worksheets, or tell you to “just journal.” I help with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression by connecting what you’ve been through to how you protect yourself now: overextending, avoidance, people-pleasing, or shutting down.
I offer online trauma therapy across Illinois and Ohio, plus in-person therapy in Burr Ridge. You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to ask for help.
