About
My therapeutic ethos is grounded in the belief that everyone has access to vibrant mental well-being. Trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I leverage my systemic perspective to guide my clients back to their innate wisdom and intuition. I honor both the physical and spiritual aspects of the human experience and I believe in the healing and restorative power of deepening our understanding of the mind and body connection. Regardless of the personal crises, life transition, loss, or relational issue(s) you may be facing, peace and balance can still be yours. Let's work together!
My clinical approach is applicable to a broad range of presenting problems. This includes but is not limited to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Autism, Parenting Support, Domestic Violence, Life Transitions, Military Lifestyles, Premarital Counseling, Grief Counseling, Post-Partum Depression, and Anxiety
What makes me human? I am a wife, mother, military spouse, friend, a daughter/step-daughter, and I exist in the world much in the same way as you do--seeking love, connection & balance.
