I believe people have the source of healing within themselves, which can be fostered and discovered within safe and supportive relationships. I am delighted to be able to partner with you as you navigate this process. I bring over a decade of experience working with children, adults and families, where I served people with needs ranging from anxiety and depression, grief and trauma. I enjoy working with people at each stage of life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon (and LICSW in MA). I draw upon training in multiple trauma modalities (i.e. I am certified in EMDR and foster and adoptive family therapy. I have completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems training). I believe these approaches to healing invite more internal compassion which fosters trust and healing.
