I will provide a safe space for you and or your child to express their feelings through the language of play and talk therapy. You will have the opportunity to work through emotions and process difficult life occurrences to create positive change.
I love working with people of all ages and supporting them in expressing their emotions, understanding boundaries, building confidence, and developing independence. I help children engage in their language of play and meet them where they are. I specialize in Person Centered therapy, Play Therapy, and Expressive Arts to provide different avenues for clients.
