About
You feel misunderstood and unheard. College/work stresses you out, family conflict makes you anxious, and sometimes you feel like things are impossible. As a young adult, you feel a heavyweight on your shoulders. You’ve got all kinds of people giving you advice, telling you what to do, and trying to run your life. You’re confused and overwhelmed. You’re stuck between wanting to make your own decisions and feeling like you’re not in control. You’re at this awkward stage. You’re technically an adult...but maybe you don’t feel ready for all of the responsibilities of adulthood.
You don’t want to just live with feelings of anxiety, stress, or overwhelm. You want to overcome them. You want to “adult” better, finish schoolwork on time, succeed at work, engage in more activities, or set/maintain healthy boundaries. Either way, you want to feel good about yourself and maybe, you feel like you need a little help to do that.
You need a space where you can be YOU. In my office, I hope you find safety and comfort. I want to walk alongside you & guide you to a better version of yourself. To learn more, check out my Insta at strivetherapywa or send an email. I'd love to hear from you.
