I understand the stress that may come along with seeking help, but no matter what life may bring I am here to listen and provide support in whatever way I can. I believe in the importance of building a strong relationship with each client in efforts to form trust, gain self-awareness, and ultimately create positive change. My diverse approach utilizes a variety of evidence based methods that focus on clients thoughts and behavioral patterns, while integrating somatic-based strategies to connect with your body and better understand our nervous systems responses.
