About
The elephant in the room is that it still feels taboo to sit with a stranger and talk about the intimate details of your life. I understand the stress that may come along with seeking help, but no matter what life may bring I am here to listen and provide guidance in whatever way I can. I believe in the importance of building a strong relationship with each client in efforts to form trust, gain self-awareness, and ultimately create positive change. I strive to collaborate with my clients as every person is individually unique.
My diverse approach utilizes a variety of evidence based methods that focus on clients thoughts, behaviors, and strengths in order to create a tailored approach towards growth. I also believe there is healing in laughter and incorporate humor in sessions. In addition, my experience as a collegiate athlete and coach allows me to bring a unique perspective.
I strive to act as a guide, assisting clients in discovering their inner strength so they can overcome challenges they may be facing. My laid back demeanor and calming presence provides a safe space so clients can feel empowered without judgement. Please call or email me if you have questions, or would like to set-up an appointment.
