I work with adults who are struggling with the chaos of life and are searching for more balance and peace. Whether your focus be addiction, family issues, relationship issues, work-related stress, or overall difficulty with finding contentment in life, I will work with you to find the the root cause and find ways to make change. I have a strong background working with military and first responders and those who work in stressful career fields such as construction, healthcare, etc. I believe in accountability on both ends. My ideal client is someone who is transparent and willing to put in some work to make positive life changes.

I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. I believe that honest, vulnerable communication will gain you the best results. I practice trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and techniques from a variety of other modalities based on your needs.

Above all, I am dedicated to advocating for mental health awareness and destigmatizing seeking help. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate and effective mental health care, and I am honored to be a part of each person's journey towards healing and personal growth.
