Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My primary focus as a licensed mental health counselor associate is on anxiety-related disorders, and I have worked extensively with clients facing a range of challenges, from generalized anxiety or specific phobias, to perfectionism or insecure attachment styles. I understand that each person's experience with anxiety is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs. Whether that involves use of common evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or traditional talk therapy, we will find what works best for you.
I am here to show you that therapy can be both transformative and even enjoyable. And, while I draw inspiration from my Christian values, I am not solely a Christian counselor. However, if you are seeking a therapist who understands and respects Christian values, I am here to integrate that perspective in a way that feels meaningful for you.
If you are ready to embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling and abundant life, I invite you to reach out. I have total confidence in you, and look forward to the opportunity of being a supportive guide in helping you reach your next level possible.
