I'm skilled to work with those with performance anxiety, church hurt, control issues, past hurts, stress management, & relationships issues. I offer EMDR and CBT with people through my private practice, churches, rehabs, camps & conferences. The authenticity I bring to the table is why people love to work with me. I have extensive experience using CBT, EMDR, & attachment-based therapy through a Christian lens if desired. Clients describe me as warm, direct & real.
I work with those who are ready to receive their next chapter. They want to move through their pain & build their life to reflect who they really are. PPOs accepted for partial or full reimbursement! I offer sliding scale fees based on need.
