Announcement icon In response to Covid-19, I am offering therapy services through phone or video at this time. I am currently accepting new patients!
Do you struggle with big emotions? Are your relationships unfulfilling? Feeling alone during the pandemic? We can feel frustrated when we make changes, and nothing seems to be working. I believe that all my clients have the ability to build the life they want to live, and I work with my patients to identify these goals and move towards them. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, promoting the ability to handle stress and other symptoms, life changes and relationship concerns. If you are unsure of my ability to help with a specific topic, please reach out via email or phone.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York. My practice is conveniently located on East Avenue. I assist my patients in providing a comprehensive initial assessment to identify primary concerns and personal goals for treatment. We will then address these concerns at a client driven pace through a supportive patient-centered lens.
If you or someone you know has been struggling, please contact me for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
