Are you feeling stuck, tired, or anxious? Are these challenges preventing you from living the life you want? I believe that people can heal and recover from distressing situations. My goal is to cultivate a sense of empowerment in you and use your strengths in taking back control of your life. Relationships of various types are intertwined in our lives. Managing these relationships can be a persistent battle. My ideal client will want to heal from their past trauma and build a stronger sense of self-esteem to develop healthier, more balanced relationships.

I am committed to working with you to reach your goals to live a fulfilling life. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma using a trauma-informed, collaborative approach. I use a variety of interventions to help you manage and overcome your challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
You do not have to face your journey alone. It takes courage to reach out for help. Together, we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will work alongside you, providing the tools and guidance to help you feel empowered and confident. As a counselor trainee, my practice is supervised by Mandy Friedman, LPCC-S.
