Hi, I’m Brittany, a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I take a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. While many therapy styles focus on just one area, I integrate all three to help address the root of your struggles and create lasting change. Sometimes, this even includes movement in session to help process deep emotions stored in the body.
