Hi, I am so glad you are here! I am a former military spouse who has moved around the country over the last decade. I have several years' experience in the mental health field; however, I am so excited to finally be in private practice! I have previous experience working with children, teens, and adults. I particularly enjoy working with LGBT+, active-duty military and veterans, and new or expecting moms/parents. I am also passionate about helping people navigate divorce, coparenting, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, PTSD, and career and life changes.
In my sessions, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I love building rapport with my clients through laughter and empathy. I am not afraid to tell you how it is, if that is what you ask of me! I pride myself in meeting my clients where they are and helping them through past, present, and future stress and trauma.
You hold the keys to your own wellness and success. I would simply love to help support and guide you along the way. Please feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation to see if I am the right fit for you! I look forward to hearing from you!
