About
Growth often occurs through a series of changes. Whether you are experiencing difficulties with finding meaning, feeling overwhelmed by daily life, or struggling with a traumatic event, change is both possible and attainable. I offer counseling and consulting services catered to your unique and individual needs. I work with my clients to mindfully achieve a state of balance when life becomes disrupted and dissatisfying.
Treatment services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling for children, pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults. Services are provided by appointment only. Morning, afternoon, and evening hours are available. Call or email to schedule an appointment today.
I have specialized training in EMDR, which is an extensively researched and effective form of treatment for trauma. EMDR occurs over eight phases; however, more than one session may be necessary during some phases. EMDR allows for the reprocessing of traumatic events using bilateral brain stimulation.
