Hello and Welcome I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a wide variety of experience working with individuals, families and facilitating group therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including in-home, day treatment, outpatient and court ordered settings. I am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR clinician who strives to help individuals seek the peace that they so deserve in their lives. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with severe and persistent trauma responses, anxiety and depression related disorder and interpersonal conflicts.
It is my belief that how we tell our story can greatly impact how we view not only ourselves, but also how we view our environment. If we believe the world is an unsafe place, we will only notice the things that feel unsafe. Let me bear witness to your resiliency and courage as we explore a new way to tell your story.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 100-pound dog named Rocky, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and DIY projects.
