I am well versed with these diagnosis and can help you manage your symptoms in a healthy way by digging deep into the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

I offer a supportive and honest environment for my clients where they can explore the depths of trauma, desire for change and hope for healing. I work diligently to meet my clients where they are and use curiosity to pull back the layers that seem stuck. I create a safe place where we can explore your struggles and work through life challenges together.
