My ideal client is an adult aspiring to work towards becoming the best version of themself, whatever that means to them. They desire to build a life for themself in which they wake up every day feeling purposeful, meaningful and healthy. In a world where it is so easy to becoming overwhelmed due to constant exposure to negativity, the perspectives and opinions of others, the pressures of society and secondary/vicarious trauma, my ideal clients (whom I refer to as "my people") seek a safe space to process their world, their perspectives, their goals and to figure themselves out from the inside out.

My "specialty" truly is just being me. Yes, I have all the schooling, the degrees, the license, etc. However, the most powerful tool & strength that I leverage the most is ME. My ability to connect with people, normalize the human experience and work from a place that we are all created equal. YOU are the expert in your own life. I'm just here for the ride!
