About
Viewing therapy through the metaphor of a flower, I help clients plant seeds. Through intentional nurturing, the right environment and soil conditions, enough water, light and time, these seeds eventually flourish into beautiful blooms. I am both a board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor who works collaboratively with young adult and adult women who struggle with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, poor body image, relationships issues, transitions, and general life concerns.
I specialize in merging both the creative process and traditional therapeutic interventions to meet each individual client needs. I utilize a holistic treatment approach to address your concerns, and help to develop a deeper understanding of how these concerns can impact your mental, emotional, and physical health, and relationships.
I value building relationships with my clients and will personally work with you at every stage of your therapeutic journey: from the initial point of contact, scheduling appointments, understanding insurance and your financial investment, and developing a nonjudgmental, safe place to cultivate change. I offer an initial consultation at no cost.
