I utilize a very client centered approach because I believe that each individual is different and there's not one cookie cutter version of therapy for everyone. I am careful to tailor my approach based on the needs of my client and will absolutely meet you where you are.I have training in CBT, DBT, attachment, and trauma.
I'm trained in Halo Project's Making Sense of Your Worth and incorporate it into individual sessions for those seeking to embrace who they are and find some peace and healing.
I provide nontraditional Christian counseling for those strong in their faith, but don't feel accepted by the church.
