Are you a seeking a deeper connection with yourself, your relationships, or your sense of direction? Do you feel disconnected from who you are, or uncertain about how to align your life with your values and authentic self? Are you neurodivergent and looking for a therapist with lived experience? Hi, I’m Brittany a licensed therapist in Vermont, Colorado and Florida, and my goal is to help you create a more meaningful, authentic life.
I work with people who have experienced trauma as well as those navigating major life transitions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and also coping with addiction, disordered eating, compulsive behaviors, or healing from abusive relationships, and are ready to make real change.
I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming care and in helping people build skills for healing and self-care while processing painful or traumatic experiences. As a neurodivergent therapist and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. Check out my website for more details.
