Life can be tough - and we are not meant to go through life alone! Many of the individuals that I work with feel like they have gotten to a place where they feel overwhelmed and need a space to process this stress with someone other than friends or partner. These folks typically include students (from undergraduates to the doctoral level), parents of young children, and individuals in high-stress jobs (educators, healthcare professionals), and people who are exploring their own identity. I enjoy working with people 18+ in an individual setting to help reconnect with their most authentic selves.
I frequently work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I have also worked with individuals surrounding grief and loss, medical issues, vocational stress, bipolar disorder, life transitions, posttraumatic stress, and spiritual concerns.
