I have 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I am certified in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (ages 0-6 years), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (ages 2-7 years), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ages 4-15 years), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (mature adolescents and adults).
As someone who experienced childhood trauma, I understand the importance of early intervention. I am a certified Infant Mental Health provider, providing vital support during critical developmental years. Throughout life I learned how to work through trauma response symptoms, and I am passionate about helping others do the same.
