Everyone needs help sometimes. We use the resources, strategies, and supports that we have to work through the difficult times in life, but can reach the point where we need something more to face the challenges that we're up against. If you or someone you love is at a point where life's burdens have become too great, know that you're not alone. My goal as a therapist is to walk with you and help you carry those burdens by offering hope, support, and strategies to face your challenges. There is no better time to seek help.
I am a licensed therapist offering counseling to clients in both Missouri and Illinois. I work with adults and teens in the areas of anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment, stress management, work/life balance, relationship issues, infertility, depression, prenatal and postpartum counseling, and faith based counseling.
I offer telehealth counseling sessions to Missouri and Illinois clients. I also offer in person counseling in Chesterfield, MO. I look forward to talking with you and answering any questions that you may have.
