I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, PTSD/trauma, grief, family trauma, relationship issues, emotional abuse/neglect, infertility, and perinatal issues. I am EMDR trained, IFS informed, and offer Mindfulness, Narrative, CBT and Christian based therapy.
