I’m a Licensed Counselor with experience across public mental health, inpatient and crisis services, private practice, and community-based work including homeless shelters and encampments. Over the past three years, I’ve focused on supporting at-risk and homeless Veterans. I use an eclectic, collaborative approach tailored to each client’s goals and needs. I’m passionate about couples and individual work, currently pursuing Gottman Method certification, and aim to equip clients with the tools to heal and thrive independently.
