Hey there! My name is Brittany Roberts and I am passionate about helping young adult and adult women in Virginia and North Carolina navigate life and all of the unique challenges that it may bring. Many of the women I work with express that they are dissatisfied with their current circumstances, may be experiencing anxiety and depression, wanting to grow in their faith, strengthen their relationships, and/or heal from past experiences.
I often use a combination of approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to help my clients identify and achieve their goals. I also honor and incorporate faith-based encouragement as desired. You will be met with compassion, transparency, and warmth in our appointments. Practical tools and homework will also be given.
