About
Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, issues with connecting with your children, or struggling to live the life you desire? My mission is to help you through any challenges you are facing. I’m not telling you it will be easy, but in the end, it is worth it. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic and safe place for you to start or continue this journey of facing your challenges and ultimately winning at this thing we call life. My counseling style is catered to you the individual. Everyone is at different places in their life and I want to meet each of you where you are at.
I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples experiencing a variety of topics. I make sure this journey is collaborative by making you the expert of you and your family, if applicable, and my role will be to support you and provide you tools to succeed.
In order to prevent any scheduling barriers, I have evening and weekend availability to accommodate working clients and families. Please visit our website if any questions and/or to schedule an initial session.
